Ever heard of the fourteenth amendment? He has a valid birth certificate filed in Honolulu. Ergo he's eligible.

You just proved how little you actually know about this situation. Just being born here is not enough to have a natural born citizen status. BOTH parents have to qualify as naturalized citizens. Neither of his do.
